For double bagging with BrightOn bags, pull out an extra diaper bag and set it aside. Pull up another bag, place it around the four corners, then take the extra bag and put it inside the existing one. Close the cover and it's ready for use. When emptying the bin, only dispose of the inner bag. 3. If you have an original diaper bag from the bin, insert it and place it around the corners. Then, place a BrightOn bag inside the original bag, pull it over the corners to create two layers, and close the cover. When emptying the bin, only dispose of the inner BrightOn bag.
